Meeting Spaces in an open area
Begoña Díaz has designed the meeting spaces for teachers and parents in an educational centre in Madrid with a great deal of creativity and attention to detail. The design arose from the desire to create different zones for dialogue and concentrated work in an open space, while preserving the lively, cheerful atmosphere of the school.
In collaboration with ECHOJAZZ partner Espacio Aretha, EchoBoard® was chosen as the material because it perfectly combines flexibility and robustness. The innovative solution separates areas without creating a feeling of enclosure. Thanks to the acoustic properties of the material, reverberation and disturbing noises are minimised, while the variety of shapes and colours meets individual requirements. The project is characterised by a customised, highly efficient acoustic solution.
