Biogen goes open space thanks to an acoustic concept

When building new premises for the entire workforce, the pharmaceutical company Biogen switched to Open Office. The site manager explains: “Collaboration is central to us because, as a pioneer in the field of neuroscience, Biogen wants to advance into areas where no one has ever done research before. However, there were concerns among the staff, for example about acoustics or privacy”.
