DERelaxation for employees
At the headquarters of a large packaging trading company in Zurich, the new staff room was to become a place of relaxation and stand out from the office space. The architects Ernst Büroarchitektur opted for an elegant design for the floor, ceiling and furnishings.
The wooden plank floor and the Mediterranean-style kitchen with bar create a cosy and homely feeling. The room is rounded off in the literal sense with a full-surface, wave-shaped acoustic ceiling. The customised design with integrated lighting was based on the EchoBaffle. The 85 square metre ceiling was developed by ECHOJAZZ together with its partner Isolag AG, the 300 elements were installed by Isolag. The recycled PET material used for the acoustic ceiling has a close connection to the client, as many of its packaging solutions are made of PET.
The attractive architecture fulfils the desire for a relaxed coffee break in an appealing ambience.
